What we collect

- Information you give us: your first name, your email address and your answers to the Reputation Scorecard quiz.

- Information collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and information about the ad or link you came from (for example, campaign and ad identifiers).

- Information from our emails: whether you open or click them.

How and why we use it

- To create and send your Reputation Scorecard results and provide what you asked for. Basis: your consent.

- To send you emails about your results, online reputation and our services. Basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

- To measure and improve our website, quiz and advertising, including through the Meta Pixel and similar technologies. Basis: your consent where cookies or similar technologies are used; otherwise our legitimate interests in improving our services.

- To keep our systems secure and prevent misuse. Basis: our legitimate interests.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our business, including HighLevel (our CRM, funnel, quiz and email platform) and Meta Platforms (advertising and measurement). They process information on our instructions or under their own privacy terms. We may also share information where the law requires us to.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK-US data bridge or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.
